Gonna try to build "chapters" into the restoration thread.

I said yesterday that I was done with rust repair. I was wrong. There's a few things left. Here's how I fixed part of the rust on the right hand side headlight bucket. Jon Lowe had removed it from the car.

Here's the part before repairs

I cut the rut out

Fabricated a patch

Welded it in, not pretty. I promise I won't quit my day job.

Ground and cleaned up. I will fix the remaining rust later . . . lunch guests just arrived !
