Lenses are off the lights. Have a black wire sticking out (power?) and a brown wire ground to the fog light housing. I have the ignition on, headlights up and on, fog light switch pulled out, all fuses on the panel look good, but when I touch the black exposed wire with a test light, shouldn't that wire have power? Got nothing.
What did I miss checking?
Would appreciate some advice. Thanks

Might be silly, but make sure you also have high-beams off and the relay is working.

And that was my first thought too. beerchug.gif
