Any pictures of location where the factory rear swaybar backing plates, and "Z" shaped brackets get welded on?
This is on a 1975.

Pretty straightforward. There are two holes in the brace that spans the trunk floor.
They should have plastic caps in them but many have gone missing.
The Weld nut fits up into that hole
On the late cars you dont use the Z shaped bracket but a more simple Tang with weld nuts

75-76 doesn't get Z brackets or the reinforcement plate. That particular spot was changed for the bumper shock. It gets a flat plate with the 2 nuts in the precut 2 holes.

Seems like in the past when I seen pictures, the backing plate was welded in the trunk, and the Z bracket goes on a stiffener on the bottom of the trunk??

They thought I had a 74, and sent me the wrong ones, but I guess I can just cut off the inner bend, and can continue from there.
