From the media feeds...January 15, 2021, the passing of Jerry (Gerald) Wiegert . Desiger + Innovator of the W8 Vector supercar with American v8 power. Jerry was an Art Center /Pasadena alumni and businessman. Always cool to see at the L.A. Auto Show, and occasionally on L.A. streets !

When he first unveiled the W8, not only was it a cool, wedgie design, it was exciting to see an exotic car use American components. For some reason, it just seemed right and somewhat more attainable. You've got to give the man credit - he made his mark on the car scene with his wild design and his flamboyant style. RIP Jerry.
