Rear brake adjusters
I'm guessing they're about $15 a piece.
Head light adjusters
They look like rear caliper adjusters, early vs. late.
914-6 calipers use a larger sized thread than 914-4, so I'm guessing that is the difference.
As mentioned they're caliper adjusting screws for sure.

yep, caliper adjusting screws. It was like Christmas morning when I finally got my calipers apart to see them 
yes inner caliper adjusting screws early and late. (early have the skinny threads) These join our outer adjusters we made some time ago and inner adjusting lug
