The ECU, harness and airflow meter are different. The 74 has a 6 pin AFM and the 75 has a 7 pin AFM.

There are differences between the harness, air flow meter and ECU between a 74 and a 75. The air flow meter has 6 pins in 74, and 7 pins in 75. The harness had a 7 pin plug and another wire, and the ECU has the circuitry to work with the air flow meter.

All of the other parts are completely interchangeable.
