What is the best procedure for removing the front hood springs, and reinstalling them?

Raise the hood to full height and prop it with a broom stick. Put on a pair of work gloves and pull the spring loose. Done.


Hood needs to be full height anytime you remove or install and make sure the hood prop won't move or the hood will come down on your head or arms and it hurts.
