Yes, it's the Cylinder Head Temp sensor. It is known to fail, and it when it does, you're hosed (or more precisely, flooded with fuel).

It doesn't fail THAT often, but many 45 year old D-Jet FI setups are due for failure if they haven't had it fail already.

Replacing it solves all your problems

L-jet too, and most every other FI system.
