Looking for a set, either NOS or in reasonable condition to use or create a template and cut out of carpet- Believe there to be three-total pieces.

You are better off to use neoprene rubber. The original were either felt or scrap carpetvwhick absorbed water and rusted the tank. i have used a cork-rubber gasket material with adhesive backing i get from McMaster Carr.

I used pipe insulation from Home Depot - attached with double sided tape.

Grainger sells rubber sheeting with adhesive on the back.
Granted, your car will probably see little rain.

Certainly agree with aforementioned suggestions,
I have some scrap neoprene 1/4 inch, black dense, with strong adhesive back.
I will give you a square foot or so, if that will do.
Send you a sheet the size of a mailing envelope.
PM me if interested.
