I just can’t find this in a picture to figure out it’s location. Don’t suppose anyone has a pic of it mounted laying around? Thanks in advance aktion035.gif Click to view attachment

distributor bracket

Wow. I never would have thought that was a factory 914 part. Learn something new every day. beerchug.gif

They look like parts for AC installation, the 'post' part for the compressor mount
and the loop to secure hose.
How big are they ?

can you put tape measure next to items?

I’ve previously posted in a different thread that the PO had put a carb on and took all the FI stuff off and put it in a box. Now I’m putting the FI back on and this is one of the items in that box.Click to view attachment Click to view attachment

Forgot to add that it is much much larger then the clamping bracket tightening bolt on the distributor.

Its probably not a factory part.
Does it have 1/8''npt threads on both ends and is hollow trough center?
Might be stanchion for oil pressure sender?
I have never seen one, but I still have a lot to learn and see...

Not hollow and is threaded on both ends, I don’t know why I was thinking this but thought it bolted to the top of the block and had a harness holder on top. But already came across a part in the box that was a non 914 part like this one Click to view attachment
