If I read it correctly this is being tested on a chassis dyno measuring rear wheel hp.
I looked pretty quickly at your build thread (cool thread) lots of pretty pictures but I think I missed details on cams, compression ratio, etc.
Then there is all the dyno variability (water brake, eddy current, inertia dyno).
I'm going to take 251 HP at engine minus driveline losses = 213 HP at rear wheels. May the God of Speed bless my guess.

Do you have a link to the build spec? You could be anywhere from 180 to 240hp .
My 3.0, 40 Webers, twin plug, MSD with Mahle RSR pistons and web 120/104 cams, I'm guessing 250-280HP.
It will be interesting to see if there's any difference with the SDS EFI system I'll be installing.
