upon going through one of my old 914 parts boxes I found this part which appears to be NOS.
Unfortunately no box with part # on it. Wonder if it would fit the distributor on my stock 71-4. Distributor is a 022 905 205 F (Bosch 0 231 174 001).
Any idea if the numbers stamped on this part might help identify it?
In addition I am thinking of reworking the cam profile on the existing distributor on a cnc milling machine by skimming it over slightly. I am wondering if there is any information about the profile available? Anybody fixed a worn cam before?
