I have 5 and need enough to do the CVS on the trans.

Not that this info will help you here, but I found that Schnor washers for a Hummer work for the M10 version allen bolts. And they're cheap.
I found them at Ace Hardware. You may have to bring a sample with you but they should be in the draws.

Also found as 'Belleville' washers at McMaster for little more than pennies.
