I found a set of FORGED "Sewer Lid" style wheels for my 924S..... they were original to some 928 and 964 (believe it or not) cars. Most people hate them...... i well..... am drawn to ugly things.

They do not need to be NOS.

I know that some plastic center caps could fit.... I am looking for aluminum that would have been stock for these wheels.

Let me know what you have.

Pleez...they are known as "Manhole covers". Have some respect for the mighty 928.

I think i have one or two. You may want to try 928 International in Anaheim CA. I bet they have a bunch but am out of town till the 16th.

ha ha!!

Right you are. I just think "manhole" is an odd word....

I love these wheels. Strange when you see them on the occasional 964, though.

Don't they use the standard Porsche metal cap of that era?

No they are not the same as the 911 style of the 80s Plus they cost a lot as compared to
the plastic ones that Porsche sells.

From what i can tell they are NLA and also fit cookie cutters and phone dials. The 928 International site lists cast and forged caps. They have a few for sale

The other 911 style with the 3 prongs may work but this may help you.
