Hello,
any good way to replace, repair the gasket behind the mirror and the seal that hold the mirror in. Any replacements ?

I thought 914 rubber was working on the later style insert, but I could be wrong. The hardest part is getting the black trim part out without bending up the lip edge of the mirror. I found either pouring really hot water over the mirror face would help soften that trim enough to make it a little easier to pry out. I use a jewelers screw driver.

Hello,
Thanks for the hint about hot water, they are hard to remove.
Hope Mark at 914 Rubber will come up with something.
Hope i don't have to have some silicone to hold the the mirror in ?
