What does the hole in the head look like? See if time sert sells a one over spark plug insert. That looks suspect.

Oof, yeah, don't even think about dealing with that. Trash it and redo! Start saving for new heads.

You dont need a new head. They can be welded and redrilled. It is often done to go with the smaller 12mm plugs the reduce the possibikity of cracking.
