I have a 1974 914 and with a couple of spare struts have started to put on calipers from a 1982 Volvo 240. It is certainly not a bolt on and if successful, I will do a write-up on 914World. I currently have a 19 mm m/c. My question for those who have done this conversion or those who know more about brakes than me (a large portion of the planet), is the 19 mm m/c large enough to push the fluid in these Volvo calipers? Or how can I tell if the 19 mm m/c is large enough?

How many pistons per caliper and what is the diameter of pistons ? That will determine the amount of volume you are going to need.
