The cover is water proof and fits over the GT engine bay lid. It can be deployed in the event of rain and keep the engine bay dry. Five rare-earth magnets ( three over the truck lid, 2 over the GT grill lid)are sewed into the cover to keep it in place

Good news ! I have the pattern, the magnets, and a local shop that will hem up the seams.
I made the first one several years ago; I’ll price out the materials and labor make more available…..

Nice work Jim! I really like the fact that they work extremely well in regions like ca and az where what we call rain is actually occasionally dewy mist accumulations forming droplets on a well waxed hood......
