I'd say more like 20
If they are in good shape, they do keep drafts from coming into the cabin around the vents. I'd say they are worth replacing while you have the vents out.
Update ; installed the 914 Rubber defrost nozzle sesl on the drivers side; really made a nice seal. No draft gets by when not in defrost mode.
Easy instal, especially if the gas tank is out anyway.
