That's another good one, Ian - I'm guessing there are a lot of AAR's that are beyond the soak-it-in-PB-Blaster approach.

Good video.

I recommend putting the AAR valve in the freezer to see if the piston moves. Take a peek inside the valve to see how open it is before you put it in the cold then set it in the sun. Check for movement...
