Don't know whether they'll get air time or not?

On the third car, the bumpers are obviously not '75. I'm a bit rusty, but aren't the plugs too vertical for a 2.0? Didn't say anything about being bored.

I agree plugs dont look like a 914 2.0

Plenty not to like on the orange 75'. Rough. Why was the fuel pump mounted outside of it's normal resting place?

What did they sell for ? ?

The convertible bid to $18K, the silver one bid to $21K, and the orange one sold for $25,300. I was watching on NBCSN, & they went to commercial when the silver one was crossing the block, so it didn't get any air time. Doh!

I didn't think much of the V-8 car either. icon8.gif

The 1975 orange car was bid 21,000.

I used to (briefly) own that car. I let the seller know they had the engine details wrong, it’s actually a 1.7 block that was rebuilt and punched out prior to my buying it, actually ran quite well and had the best shifting 914 gearbox that I came across but just didn’t need a sixth 914.

Correction – looks like it was sold after crossing the block for $23,500
