Well, not sure what to add to the title, but can someone share how to remove the aluminum trim attached to the door skin that holds the outer window rubber wiper and the fuzz?

See those 10mm holes drilled in that top lip. Those are access holes for your screwdriver to access the very small Phillips head screws holding that aluminum piece to the door.
