I think I recall reading that the Velios aluminum oil tank uses the later ('72 on) 911 oil filter, rather than the early one used on the factory six. Anyone know for sure? I need to buy a filter for my Velios tank and would like to buy the right one the first time.

911SC or Carrera Oil filter will fit

Look at the thread size. The later filter has a substantially larger threaded hole than does the earlier filter. The Cap'n
