Thast Rex's car, from Colorado (I think). So much is right with it, you should attract top value.

Correct, yes it is. Sadly a divorce is changing my plans with the car.

The car is lovely!!

SWAG: With the right pictures, on BAT it will probably get north of $80K USD.

That is one beautiful car. I feel sorry for the owner having to part with that baby. Someone will get a top-drawer 914. GLWTS. beerchug.gif

Nope you missed the very first paragraph where he was asking for an evaluation on price biggrin.gif. That said it is somewhat misplaced as it is in a for sale/wanted subforum and rules say a price is required. Tough type of post as people are hammered for putting this kind of question in regular forum as well.

You are in luck in that 914 prices are on the rise and high quality cars are really fetching great prices. I have no idea what the market is like in the UK but your best bet is to either auction it with a reserve or market with a high end consignor imho. I would set your base price for the car around 75k USD in todays market but auction like BAT may get you north of that. Great car.

+1 From what I see the seller 911R in Oregon does very well and can sell your car. They also do photo’s for BAT if you want to sell yourself.

Thanks everybody. Apologies if I posted in the wrong place, but wasn’t too sure. Thinking about it - it probably makes sense for the car to come back to the US..

The car is currently having it’s AC gassed and suspension set-up at a 914 specialist just outside of London. Once I have it back, I will take the more detailed photos.

I would be open to offers around $75k if any members are interested, if not I will probably go with the advice and try it on an auction site.

Thanks
