I have a set that have been riding around in my truck for at least 2 months. It was finally time to do a repair. I will follow up with finished pictures. Good progress so far.Click to view attachment

Sorry no but this is a butt weld so you get the idea.

Patch repairs are difficult and usually pretty ugly.

Very nicely repaired and ready for 50 more years of use. 
Looks good! Can be tough to save heater boxes.
