Anybody using one of these? Got lucky and found a NOS one. Stupid expensive price on these and they are mostly NLA too. Pretty much plug and play. NO backplate, 3 prong plug left open and rubber cap for red wire. Use late bus rear air hose and larger hole mounting plate. They were also used on VW buses with optional heater or with A/C.

I installed one when I rebuilt my engine. Got one from Rock Auto parts. Remy 14062. Used the same wire harness with the larger boot. Used the old pulley. Could not use the front Vanagon fan.
