I give up. I am trying to install the rubber ring that holds down the late model relay cover. You'd think it would just be a matter of disconnecting the two cables coming in from the back and sliding it on, but there is a small tack weld holding the tray to the sidewall that prevents a straightforward solution. Any ideas that don't involve giving up?
