I'm tired of the confusing run around trying to source esoteric metric fasteners. Who in their right mind would spend $24 for the bolt on the back of the steering housing.

So I think I'll drill and tap every single metric threaded hole to be the nearest SAE counterpart.

What do you think? Sound like a good idea?

Nothing funny about that, most of us are just that, from a normal persons perspective.
Good thing it only comes once a year

I was on the hook until you said “drill and tap every…” and once I pictured that mountain of work I realized I was getting taken for a ride lol!!!!
