Full Version: one headlight not raising fully

One of my headlights doesn't appear to be fully rising. It's aim is well below the passenger side and the lens is maxed out on its internal adjustment. Is this something that can be corrected by adjusting the stop screw/nut at the back? it sits flush when closed. Thanks.
