I'm a long-time 914world poster, retired engineer, and PCA member. I purchased the car from a fellow PCA member in 2015.

Extensive restoration completed in 2019 with impeccable paint and bodywork, new tires, rubber kit, trim, etc.

Less than 2500 miles on complete rebuild/balance of the original 2L engine, with new stainless muffler (from Ben McFarland @mb911 ), clutch, starter, electronic ignition (123Ignition), Optima AGM battery, etc.

Thorough restoration and maintenance documentation is available.

Interior is mostly original and is in excellent condition.

Original Bosch D-Jetronic fuel injection functions superbly.

Odometer indicates 29,XXX miles. Actual mileage is unknown.

Upgrades include 5-lug genuine Porsche/Fuchs 6x16 forged wheels, stainless heat exchanger, Momo steering wheel and shift knob, and more.

Recent NADA valuation of this model:

The current exterior color is the same hue as Porsche Adriatic Blue of the day, but a modern two-stage pearl paint. It's not "correct", and purists may sneer, but I wanted the car to be somewhat unique. If you look carefully, you can also see the black trim behind the rear window. Again, not "correct", but I saw a couple 914's with black inner sail panels and I liked it.

I originally intended to keep the car forever, hence the no-expense-spared restoration and non-traditional paint. Alas, health issues make it challenging for me to drive a 914 any longer. So, I'm reluctantly offering it to a new owner.
