Helping a nearby Teener with the rear calipers. They are off the car.
1. Appear to have the outer seals replaced by previous owner
2. E-brake levers moves the inner pistons.
3. Want to test on the bench; is there any more that can be done before installing.

Adjust the inner and outer adjusting screws, which move the pistons in and out. At least this will tell you if something is frozen.

You can also mount the caliper in a vise and move the e brake lever.

Yes; did that and both worked. Also noticed the 4mm hex inner adjuster cap is in good condition, only missing the copper washers. Replaced with 5 mm hex cap and copper washers

A properly sized block in between the pistons, the thickness of the rotor and two pads.
Then 150 psi shot of air into the brake line fitting.
That will show you if that circuit works.

If you have a master cylinder a pedal assembly and some time on your hands.....

What is that thickness, approx ? I have asmall compressor, how do I connect into the bleeder ?
