FB Marketplace. This is a pretty well sorted car. Rowland heights, CA...You could make that drive and check it out. The cost to build them is something people don't realize, but I think one like this would be well worth 26K. I think he is a little high, but hey, all cars are what someone is willing to pay for. Subaru Conversion has a book of 70K in receipts, and will never get that back in a sale.

Saw that 1 on CL … paint is not to my liking. At this stage in my life paint n body work is the last thing I want to do. Most of what I have seen is not up to par as what I’m looking for. Where are the chassis upgrades, reinforcements, brake n suspension upgrades? Not looking for a car with a V8 just slapped in. Done that n had that in my youth.

That being said I decided to go with a car that I personally know n know the shop that built it. Stay tuned V8 conversion build thread coming soon to a forum near you!

If it’s gonna be done right n to my liking I might as well do it myself. Time to clean up the shop n dust off the tools. Looks like a road trip next weekend.
