Got mine yesterday. Installation instructions:

1. Disconnect negative battery cable
2. Remove ash tray
3. Install phone mount
4. Reconnect negative battery cable.

Ok, 1 and 4 not necessary, but I wanted honor all those Chilton's manuals I had over the years.

I finally got mine, but it arrived broken. I would suggest shipping them in a box versus a bag. The bubble wrap was all popped when it showed up. Our USPS is pretty brutal over here. I will try to super glue it.

Sorry for the issue. I Don't think glue will make it. I will ship you a new part as soon as I get them.
Also, if I send it in a box it is considered as a parcel and not a letter and prices are x5.

Great product though!! I also have your previous holder in my other car. The rubber bands kept breaking so I permanently mounted an otter box holder to it. Works great!

Finally had some time to mount and test mine..works awesome, really a great product, thanks a lot !
