Can the Jack Support Plate and Jack Tube be replaced without pulling the rear fenders ?
Yes if you are a contortionist with a long chisel I use the one from my wood lathe kit 14” long and good at blind welding I use a stick welder to reach the top the stick gives you the length necessary to reach the top
