Can’t tell but if the center has a tube they are bushings for the front drop links for a sway bar.

Sounds good, they went under the fuel pump bracket….When I moved the FP to the front trunk, I deleted the bracket and rubber idolaters.

That was my first thought, fuel pump rubber mounts to reduce vibrations.

It's not a good idea to delete these though, on a fuel pump relocation - right?

Correct, I have never seen a fuel pump without some sort of rubber mount. Otherwise the vibration noise would be horrible in the car and it has to be hard on the fuel pump without it.

Google up bobbin vibration mounts. Available everywhere.
