I bought the rear targa seal from 914rubber.
Can anyone tell me, before I tear into this, if the early seal will fit the later style roof?

yes, the seals were all the same for the manufactured cars, later the rear seal was changed to incorporate steel on the two sides instead of having the steel separate
we make the early seal which uses the three early stainless clamps to install
