I have an electrical issue that I could use some assistance with. My car is a 73. Any thing that runs off the ignition switch in the On position has suddenly stopped working. None of the gauges work and my fuel pump which I relocated to the front using terminal 7 on the fuse panel also does not turn on. Any ideas? The problem started when I pulled the fuse panel down to check the wiring for my fuel pump.

If all fuses are passing current (you can verify with an ohm meter) then look at the red wires that connect to the positive terminal of the battery

By "terminal 7" do you mean fuse 7? That's a lighting circuit and not a place you should be sourcing fuel pump power.
