Cleaning out the area under the parking brake cover and see this wire. Looks like a braided wire but feels like a small electric wire. If from the nearby parking brake switch, it goes backward (to the relay board?) instead of frontward to the hazard blinker relay?Click to view attachment

Hmmm; maybe the brown/yellow wire to the seat belt logic switch under the passenger seat? Haynes page 136, and wiring diagram switch F9?
