Bicycle shops often have boxes they throw away that work well. You need one at least 56" long. Or splice two together.

Yea, the big boxes I had got ruined by all the rain we had - had to throw them away. Probably not gonna have any chance to run around get boxes, then shipping quotes, etc. Sorry...

Bummer I was looking forward to having it.

I have a front bumper that's been in storage for years. I'm located near San Juan Bautista....about 1.5 hr drive from Paso Robles. No rust, no bondo. a couple small dents near license plate area. Bumper top needs work.
