Good price, but for 73 the bag is plastic with a rubber band, screwdriver has a black handle, and no pliers.

No worries and extremely true- inconsistency is the only constant with these little cars

The white handle screwdriver is correct for early year 1973 issue. Kind of rare, but correct due to supply issues. After that early issue Black was included through 1976.
The pliers are not correct for the 914-4 tool kit.,
Hub cap puller is missing along with the rubber band.
