Not trying to ruffle any feathers, but is there any difference between the stainless steel fuel lines that Tangerine sells vs the ones from 914Rubber (besides the price, which is significantly different)?

btw, I have bought from and love both venders. grouphug.gif

To my knowledge there are 2 folks that make them.

And then Chris from Tangerine.

Both are great suppliers.

Would guess 914rubber get their supply from one or the other.

Right now the only other vendor of my fuel lines is Auto Atlanta.
My price has included shipping all along, and shipping prices of long boxes went crazy in the last 3 years.

AFAIK, 914Rubber sells Robert's fuel lines.

What kind of SS do you guys use?

In my experience, Robert's lines are long enough to reach the clip on the lower firewall in the engine compartment. At least my '75 has a clip there but I'm not sure if all years do.

Early cars had metal fold-over clips and later cars had plastic clips.

T304.

Which reminds me - stainless steel went bonkers in the pandemic, with limited availability and prices tripling for some items.

Yes, is there anything that has not gone bonkers?
