My mirror appears to be missing a screw that holds the assembly together. Does anybody have a spare or know where I can source this?

That is a special brass screw, it’s made to break during a crash, I’ve had a little luck removing it from a mirror with a broken glass.
Haven’t seen anyone selling them.

Has anybody ever replaced this screw?

If the screw is not available and/or not replaceable ... would Gorilla Glue or JB Weld do the trick and hold the two pieces together?

My screw looks just like a regular flat head screw...

I think i sourced a 3mm x 20mm allen head screw that worked.

I talked to George at AA today @dr914 @autoatlanta.com

He said it's part #90001409810. It's actually 2, 6 x 15.

You can search by the part # at https://www.autoatlanta.com/

They currently out of stock but will have the part in next week if anybody else need the same screw.

Thanks, George.

I don't think 2.6 is correct.
Try Belmetric.com, they have 2.5 Phillips Pan Heads

Just to close the loop on this one ... George at AA was able to track down this screw for me (they didn't have it in stock), but he ultimately got it to me after a month or so. Thanks, George.
