I've looked through the threads, but it's not sinking in. headbang.gif
I've unscrewed the screws that I can find. I've run my hands all around the rubber. I've pulled the rubber from the sides. I see there is another part being held by a tab.

Do I keep pulling? It's pretty cold here, so maybe that's why it's so tough.

Do those caps on either side of the license plate pocket come off first?

And while I'm here, how do I get it back on? I'm trying to remove the valance and get nasty plastic-dip paint off in areas under the bumper. I'm not back-dating.

Thanks,
Victor
