I have this original early rear bumper that is painted. Needs sandblasting and repaint/rechrome.
some rust on the bottom of the mounts, but not rotten through
$250 $150 plus shipping.

After Chris' inquiry, I cleaned the bumper up. there are some dents on the one side.
So, in light of this condition, there will be a price reduction to $150
