Working a Juergen's 6 and discovered the left door weather strip channel has way more rust than I want to repair at this point. I need an early door (no guard rail) I do not need any of the guts or glass.

I would take a right one too if it's rust free.

What a coincidence, that’s exactly what I discovered today as well. I’m probably gonna try to cut the rust out and repair.. but the damage is mostly at the areas with a closed cavity behind it, so I’ll need to be creative if There’s even a chance. I do have a set of later doors tho and was wondering if the early guts could be transferred to them (which would broaden your options for a donor door) - does anyone know if that’s possible?
