Youd think Id probably seen um all. headbang.gif
Doing a 5 lug conversion for a customer.
Using early 911 front struts 3" caliper bolt spacing & ....solid rotors.
I have a caliper Im looking at but I cant verify what it is. confused24.gif

3" bolt spacing & shaped like a A-caliper but not spaced for vented rotors.
It has the bleeder boss on the bottom of the V shaped casting, but instead of the boss being perpendicular to the caliper like the A-caliper, its angled front or rear making each calipers specific L & R?

Sounds like a 912 rear rotor. I’m no expert but a pic might help.

Nevermind I believe its a BMW caliper.
Been so long since I saw one I couldn't remember its features.

The 320i calipers have the inlet in the same location as the "A" calipers but kicked over on a 45° angle.

I put 320i calipers on a 914, using tips learned on 914World. Hate me but…..Much better stopping than stock

If anyone needs any of these, I have 3 or so sets. One set has had a bit of grinder work to clear the wheels on an early car and do not have the machined ears, one set has machined mounting ears for a later car, and the other 1 or 2 sets are untouched. All torn down and ready to head off to the plating shop next week so you can pick your color (cad yellow/cad silver).
