Where does it attach to the pedal Cluster?

I've looked at the PET diagram and can't figure it out.

It comes out of the tunnel and attaches where?

All the way on the right side (center tunnel side). Both the throttle and clutch cables attach there. You need to pull out your pedal board, then unclip the clip that holds the pin in place. Pull the pin out, pull the cable into the footwell area and unscrew the attaching thingy (clevis?). Finally pull the cable out towards the engine. Install is reverse. Put the cable in, screw on the clevis, put the pin in, clip the clip. DRIVE!
