I have a complete carb kit here. This were pulled from a running motor - 1911cc Type 4.
One jet was found to be bent, so I would absolutely go through these carburetors first, check the o-rings, check the ports and change the jets to suit your application.
This is a complete kit including carbs, filters, tops, hex linkage and the manifolds to mount to your engine. (I would change the linkage out, hex sucks)
I believe I paid $330 for just the filters, manifolds and linkage from CB Perf.
I would like $450 for the entire kit. plus shipping Or local pick up in 21227, MD
