I'm wanting to buy a replacement door box. Mine is not in bad shape, but the top part that looks like a sun visor is pretty bad. I tried painting it with black gloss vinyl paint and it's an improvement but wondering does anyone make a replacement part

Is the lower part in good shape? I have several tops that outlived the OE pressboard lower section.

The lower part is fine it only has a small amount of damage. The upper part is all I want . Mine is pretty bad. The underside of it of course looks great but the top side is very worn and maybe sun damaged. I painted it with black gloss vinyl paint and its an improvement but it's completely lost all the "grain"" and so would really like to replace it.

Yes that's the part! I'm looking for one that is not sun-damaged on the top. From your pictures it looks like that one is pretty sun-damaged though it's very hard to tell.
