I got my engine components back from the machine shop yesterday, and the shop provided me with an Engle W-90 camshaft. Has anyone used this cam on a stock 2.0 liter with FI, and if so, how did it perform? The lift is .295 with a duration of 265 degrees (224 degrees at 0.50). Anyone know how this compares to the stock cam? I couldn't find the specs for a stock cam after an hour of searching the web. Thanks.

Stock camshaft is .296 @ 255 degrees on intake
.282@ 254 degrees on exhaust
Got info from Elgin Camshafts

looks like the W-90 is still available from MoFoCo . my info says a stock Ty4 cam is lift 254 I 282 EX with a duration of255 I 296 EX. Looks close . WebCam has a # 73 with a lift of 426 and a duration of 262 (224 @ .050) that says "good overall power for engines with stock fuel injection and mechanical lifters" NOTE the lift at the cam would be .270 with a rocker of a 1.3 ratio Makes the lift .351. My recommendation is a WEB #86 or86a if you are using Carbs.
